The very first Christmas play received a 5-star review from NRC and is now performed annually as a tradition in the Muziekgebouw. All 350 students of Nieuw Vocaal Amsterdam sing together with Holland Baroque under conductor Leonard Evers. Narrator Cécile van de Sant plays Mary, who looks back on these special days.
