The late summer festival is popular with Haarlem residents because of the prominent role played by various food trucks. “From Spanish calamari to Australian kangaroo balls and from gluten- and lactose-free to vegan; you name it, and it’s on offer with more than 99 different dishes,” according to the organizers.
