King’s Day 2026 in Leiden promises to be a day filled with celebration, music, and fun. From noon until midnight, the Lammermarkt will feature live performances and delicious food trucks, along with a special children’s program. In addition, flea markets, a puppet show at ’t Gerecht, and a concert at the Marekerk will round out the day with fun for all ages.
Lammermarkt
On April 27, 2026, the Lammermarkt in Leiden will be decked out in orange for the most festive King’s Day celebration in the Netherlands. From noon until midnight, there will be a free program featuring live bands, party acts, DJs, cult heroes, and food trucks. For children, there will be a special program from noon until 6:00 PM. The venue accepts debit cards only and uses returnable cups. Get there early—space is limited!
