Bukowski, located in Amsterdam East, adjacent to Oosterpark and the popular Beukenplein with its many bars and restaurants, has been a household name for years. Named after and inspired by legendary writer Charles Henry Bukowski, the bar exudes his love of literature and alcohol.<\/p>\n

During the day you can enjoy delicious coffee and an extensive lunch menu, while at night it transforms into a real bar with cocktails, popular music and a wide selection of beers.<\/p>\n

A visit to Wijnbar Clos<\/span> in Amsterdam Oost (East), located on Beukenplein, is definitely worthwhile. Opt for a \u2018Wine Flight\u2019 and be surprised by a delicious wine arrangement with a choice of white, red or bubbles.<\/p>\n

All packages come with delicious dishes accompanied by an explanation of the wine from the perspective of the winemaker.<\/p>\n

Located under the mill on Funenkade, Brouwerij \u2018t IJ\u2019s tasting room De Molen is a cosy place to enjoy various beers on tap. The spacious terrace and cosy atmosphere are ideal for relaxing and enjoying a drink accompanied by matching snacks. \u2019t IJ has been brewing their quirky Amsterdam beers since 1985.<\/p>\n

Studio\/K<\/span><\/h2>\n

A cinema, caf\u00e9-restaurant and cultural stage, preferably all in one. That is Studio\/K. In the old craft school on Timorplein, about 50 enthusiastic students dedicate themselves daily to this unique place. Here you can enjoy award-winning feature films and inspiring documentaries, as well as special programming highlighting obscure gems and forgotten classics, all within a monthly changing theme.<\/p>\n

After the films, you can relax in the caf\u00e9, which regularly hosts performances by various musicians. Every last Wednesday of the month there is Jazz in \/K, often featuring international jazz artists on stage. We also offer space to emerging artists and music collectives.<\/p>\n
