Open Tower Day Amsterdam 2026

During this edition, approximately more than 40 towers in Amsterdam will be open to the public free of charge. From historic towers to modern hotel and office buildings, visitors can enjoy an impressive mix of history, architecture, and breathtaking views of the city. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore Amsterdam from a whole new perspective.

Various activities will take place around the towers, including:
– Performances by students from the Music School in various towers,
– The workshop ‘Hoog van de toren blazen’ (Blow high from the tower),
– Lectures at De Nederlandsche Bank and the New Church,
– A virtual reality presentation about towers by the Mediacollege, and
– Drawing with children at great heights.
