Haarlem is easily reached by public transport. The city has two railway stations, an excellent connection to Schiphol airport and straightforward access by car from Amsterdam, Utrecht or The Hague. When you take the train.

Walk out Haarlem Central station and turn right into Kruisweg. Continue ahead for ten minutes and you’ll fi nd yourself in the very heart of Haarlem: the Grote Markt square with its many cafés, restaurants and a handy VVV Haarlem tourist information. Everything is within walking distance from here.

Utrecht Central Station: 50 minutes, change at Amsterdam Central.

Zandvoort Station: 11 minutes, direct to/ from Haarlem Central.
Bloemendaal Station: 5 minutes: direct to/ from Haarlem Central
