TEFAF Maastricht is regarded worldwide as the most important fair for fine art, antiques, and design, with more than 260 renowned dealers from 20 countries. The fair showcases a wide range of works, from Old Masters and classical antiques to modern art, photography, and 20th-century design. Since its first edition in 1988 at the MECC Maastricht, TEFAF has presented more than 7,000 years of art history.

The quality and authenticity of the artworks are strictly checked by experts, which gives buyers confidence. Maastricht itself is a cultural city with a rich history, many monuments, museums, and art schools. TEFAF was created from the merger of two previous art fairs and has grown into a leading international event since 1988.

The combination of TEFAF’s world-class art and Maastricht’s rich cultural and culinary offerings makes the city and the festival a perfect match. In this way, they reinforce each other and attract thousands of art lovers and professionals every year.
